I'd spent close to an hour penning this post to share with you all that would explain my path to start painting again and the obstacles which led me to stop to begin with. Then I lost it. Our patterns persist until we acknowledge them and with a desre to cease doing things which impede our progression we take the proper steps to change. Or in this case specifically, we write everything in a doc which autosaves then copy and paste the text.
